Ask For Advice
Friends, today I have some tips today that can change how you approach self-improvement:
Ask For Advice
The best way you can figure out where you need to improve is by simply asking a close friend or adviser where you should place your focus.
I sometimes find it difficult to “see the forest through all the trees”. In other words, I am too close to the problem to be able to see it. Asking a close friend for advice can often provide insight you would not have expected. Even if you already have a general idea of what you would like to focus on, you might find their advice useful in pinpointing specific areas.
One thing you must remember is this – if you ask for their advice, you must be prepared to accept their constructive criticism as it was intended. Do not get angry if they are willing to give you some tips on areas where you should be working. If you are graceful and grateful about accepting their advice, you will be able to benefit from it.
I think this can be a great way to start on your journey of self-improvement. Ask those who are close to you for tips, and use that to improve your life.
