Friends, today I want to deal with a topic that I bet is on the minds of many people.
Get Over Your Fears
Fear can kill your dreams, ruin your chances of success, and poison your future. This applies in personal matters as well as business matters. So, how can you get past this and move on?
Brave people are not people that somehow lack fear – they overcome it. Courage means doing what needs to be done, in spite of fear, not a lack of fear. Think about situations in your life where you chose not to act based on fear, and how much different the outcome would have been, had you chosen to act.
Do you think you could have been more successful in life, had you chosen to act? Did you ever learn to ride a bike?
If you did, I bet you fell off a time or do. Did you decide, after falling off once, that you would quit? I bet not. You overcame the fear of falling, learned how to keep from falling, and had fun riding a bike. The same can be said for other things in life. Here are 3 things to remember when trying to overcome fear:
#1. Take Small Steps
Take a small, simple step towards your ultimate goal. Start talking to more people, or putting yourself in situations where you are outside your comfort zone. Then slowly push the envelope, and you will see progress.
#2. Get Motivated
Figure out how overcoming this fear will make your life better. Envision your life without fear. Use this as a powerful motivator to move you forward in getting this accomplished.
#3. Evaluate Failure Differently
Successful people see failure for what it is – a new beginning. Don’t get hung up on the fact that you failed. Figure out why you failed, and use that to your advantage. Realize that failure isn’t all that serious, and move on in life. If you let the fear of failure run your world, you will never get ahead.

Hello…you have written a very informative and much needed article.
People should also understand that it is their ability to control how things or others affect them that is a vital key in being able to overcome negative emotions such as fear, loss, insecurities and even what they cannot change.
There is no lack of information just a lack of motivation.
