Motivate Yourself To Succeed
Friends, today I want to talk about a subject that holds power to make you into the person you want to be. One thing that many people who have not had great success lack is:
Motivation
The real key to succeeding is to be motivated. You must be able to motivate yourself to push forward, to strive for your goals in life. This isn’t to say it will always be easy, but you must do so if you plan on making anything happen.
#1. Dream
A Powerful Dream
Don’t just dream of making 5% more money, or being only slightly better off than you are. Dream big, dream of what you REALLY want in life. Don’t let your current situation stand in the way of dreaming about where you want to go.
#2. Actually Care About The Dream
The biggest motivator possible is to truly have a driving reason to achieve the dream. Make sure it is something that you feel passion for, and will think of consistently. If it is a passing fancy, you may never get motivated to work towards the dream, and never achieve it. It must be something that will affect you greatly in a positive way.
#3. Wear Blinders
Don’t worry about what others are doing, or what they have. Forget about keeping up with the neighbors. Worry only about achieving your goals, and work towards it.
#4. Positive Self-Talk
Tell yourself daily that you can, and will, achieve the goal in mind. Don’t worry about what anyone else tells you. Focus on convincing yourself that you can do it, and make sure you believe it.
#5. Forget The Past
Even if you have tried, and failed, in the past, you can stil try again. Try to do things differently this time, and learn from past mistakes. Don’t let a previous failure keep you from succeeding this time. Make this the time when you do accomplish it!
I hope this helps you get motivated to work on those goals. Keep working on it, and it will happen!

Great post!
I am currently reading -Rich Like Them- by Ryan D’Agostino and in his book he also mentions some of these same points. I have witnessed many people around me reach great success, financial and otherwise, by employing passion and positive thinking as well as blinding determination to achieve that goal. Sacrifice and love can and do produce great outcomes; we just need to be patient too sometimes…that has always been a difficult quality for me to master though I continue trying. Thanks for a great post.
