Friends, today I want to share some self-improvement tips that can help you today, tomorrow, and everyday of your life. These tips can help you be successful in business, relationships, and life in general.

Personal Development Tips

Let’s face it – we all need to improve ourselves in some way or another. This list of 5 tips will help you get started. After all, getting started is usually the hardest part, isn’t it?

#1. Identity Key Areas
Finding key areas that need work is your first step. This will obviously require some soul-searching, but it will be well worth it. Write down a list of your top 5 areas that need some work. This could be any number of things, such as being more positive, overcoming shyness, being grateful, or other topics. What do you want to improve, and how? Make sure you have a solid plan.

#2. Find Resources
Identify how you can best be helped in certain areas, by using resources you have available. This blog should help in some areas, and you can also find links to books and other resources here that may help. There are also cds, dvds, workshops, seminars, lectures, and other ways to find help to improve in certain areas. Try them all – there is no such thing as too much improvement, right?

#3. Stick To It
The best way to make this all happen is to set aside a period of time every day to work on this. I personally think one hour a day is sufficient. Consider it an investment in yourself. Make sure you have time to dedicate strictly to this task, and will not be interrupted. This is the period of time where you will leverage those resources, and apply what you learned (or at least make a plan to do so).

#4. Buddy System
Find a buddy that can help you through this. Just like many of the weight loss programs put 2 people together to act as mutual moral support, having someone to help you work on these tasks can also be important.

#5. Live It
Now that you have acquired all this new knowledge, be sure to start applying it everyday. Knowledge without application is like seeds that aren’t planted – it serves no real purpose. Make sure you find ways to use this in your real life, and you will be happier.

I hope these tips help you improve your life. This resource should also prove useful. If you have not read this book, you are truly missing out on some of the best tips available.
